In Memorium This Montana-born girl became a much loved massage instructor, friend, and wife. We met as students in the same massage class in 1990. Her relentless pursuit of learning led to a 10 year teaching career at Seattle Massage School/Ashmead College. During this time she also participated in the 1998 - 2001 Seattle/Sun Valley Feldenkrais teacher training.

If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't of gone through the same type of training the following four years in Bend, Oregon.
Much of her vacation went to spending time on the family farm outside of Kalispell MT. The house her mom lives in now is the 'new' house, it's just over 100 years old. Of course the 'old' house is still 'standing'. Listening to Garrison Keiller's account of 'Lake Wobegon' is reminiscent of being on the farm in NW Montana.
Yvonne had a passion for antiques, the house is full of them. She once convinced me to pick up an antique dresser in Whitefish MT, squeeze it into the back of a T-Bird, then drive it back to Seattle.
To the end she displayed a fight and dignity we should all strive for.
